LOGIC, PROOF TECHNIQUES, Including MATHEMATICAL INDUCTION.

CALCULUS: Sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, Plus Appendix A (Absolute Values) and Appendix C (Trigonometry, including Inverse Trig. Functions).

Sections 2.2 to 2.9 (omit anti-derivatives).

Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7.

Sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.6

You will be tested on the Theory, Examples, Tutorial Exercises, and similar problems.
